Curriculum
SENSE Charter School offers a solid, back-to-basics curriculum that is selected by teachers for best results with our students. SENSE teachers and administration value not just the core subjects but also art, Spanish language education, music, and physical education very highly, and each child has the opportunity to visit each of these classrooms twice per week.
Schedule
The daily school schedule at SENSE is slightly longer than average to give SENSE students an advantage without being overly demanding.
7:30am — Optional DayCare*
7:55am — Morning Drop-off / Breakfast
8:15am — Classroom Instruction Begins
1:35pm — Dismissal on Early Dismissal days
3:25pm — Bus Dismissal
3:30pm — Walkers and Car Riders Dismissal
Transportation
School bus routes are available for many students. Please contact the office at the numbers listed below or stop by for a visit to obtain more information.
Transportation changes: Please notify the front office of any change in transportation arrangements before 2:00pm of the day that the change will take effect. Thank you!
